What are the new developed fibers?

1. Coconut Fiber

Coconut fiber is an environmentally friendly fiber. Its production process is to heat the fibrous mass of coconut shell to 1200℃ to generate activated charcoal, and then mixed with polyester and add other chemicals to make coconut charcoal master batch, and dilute it with polyester to extract coconut long fiber and short fiber. Coconut fiber fabrics can adsorb odour and have healthcare functions such as moisture-proof and UV protection.

2. Jutecell

Jutecell is a new type of cellulose fiber made by processing natural plant fiber hemp. The fiber is produced through a special process. In addition to maintaining the original characteristics of natural hemp fibers such as antibacterial and anti-mould, moisture absorption and quick drying, the fiber size and length of Jutecell can be adjusted according to the textile demand, it is good drape.

3. Air-Conditioning Fiber

Air-conditioning fiber was developed by NASA for the lunar exploration project. The purpose is to make clothing for the moon landing, including gloves, socks, underwear, etc., and later developed to be used for ordinary clothing, especially outdoor clothing, including ski shirts, ski trousers, jumpers, etc.. The principle of air-conditioning fiber is to use the heat absorption and release function generated by the phase change of objects.

4. Bamboo Charcoal Fiber

Bamboo charcoal is internationally known as "the new defender of environmental protection in the 21st century". The biggest difference of bamboo charcoal fiber is that each fiber is inside and outside through the honeycomb microporous structure. The unique fiber structure enables bamboo charcoal to fully perform its functions. The birth of bamboo charcoal fiber is a revolutionary innovation in multifunctional textile materials.

5. Rare Earth Noctilucent Fiber

Rare earth noctilucent fibers are functional and environmentally friendly new materials made from rare earth luminescent materials. The fiber is based on spinning raw materials and is made of long lasting rare earth aluminate luminescent materials through special spinning. Luminous fiber absorbs visible light for 10 minutes, then it will be able to store light energy in the fiber,  continuously glowing in the dark for more than 10 hours.

6. Graphene Fiber

Graphene is the thinnest, strongest, and most conductive nanomaterials discovered, known as "black gold" and "king of new materials". Graphene fiber is a blend of made of biomass graphene and natural fibers, thin as cicada wings, sturdy and durable, dustproof and waterproof, warm and breathable, permanently anti-static, and has strong anti-bacterial and mite removal functions.
